Exam Your PRINCE2Ⓡ Foundation and Practitioner exams are taken online using a remote web proctor solution, using a webcam, microphone and a stable internet connection. You must complete your exam to achieve the qualification. Exam simulators and tutor support are provided during the course.

If you’re considering building a successful career in the field of Project Management, then you could consider completing an Australian recognised qualification.

The Original Campus BSB50820 – Diploma of Project Management is the latest qualification and provides you with a deep dive into the project management skills that you’ll use across jobs in a range of industries.

The PRINCE2Ⓡ Foundation course provides you with an understanding of the PRINCE2Ⓡ principles, processes and terminology. When qualified, you can participate as an informed member of a project management team.

PRINCE2Ⓡ Foundation can be studied on its own or as a prerequisite for the PRINCE2Ⓡ Practitioner course. On completion of the course you should understand the structure and key terminology of the method:

• The characteristics and context of a project and the benefits of adopting PRINCE2
• The purpose of the PRINCE2 roles, management products and themes
• The PRINCE2 principles
• The purpose, objectives and context of the PRINCE2 processes.

The PRINCE2Ⓡ Practitioner is designed for people who are running projects themselves. This qualification teaches you to apply PRINCE2 to your project within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

You’ll have a comprehensive knowledge of the relationships between the PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes and PRINCE2 products and will understand these elements.

On completion of the course you should be able to apply and understand how to tailor PRINCE2 effectively to a project within an organisation environment supporting PRINCE2:

• Understand the relationships between the roles, management products, principles, themes, techniques and processes
• Be able to apply the principles, themes and processes to a project
• Be able to create and assess management products

Be at least 18 years of age

There aren’t any formal prerequisites to complete the PRINCE2Ⓡ Foundation course.

If you want to complete the PRINCE2Ⓡ Practitioner course, you must have successfully completed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.
